Message from Ric Ferguson: LOCAL RULES UPDATE: Due to recent rains and the potential for more rain later in the week, we will establish a Local Rule to play every round under lift, clean and place in the general area cut to fairway height or less. The player may take free relief once by placing the ball: within 6 inches & no nearer the hole. Reminder: Rule 16.3 Embedded Ball - Allows relief in the general area; except in bunkers and sandy areas not cut to fairway height or less. Important note: At the Ocean Course all sand areas on the golf course are not bunkers and therefore are played as general area.
